Apple Claims Samsung Galaxy Phone, Tablet Copy IPhone, Ipad
Samsung is violating patents related to how the devices operate Galaxy, including the use of hand gestures on the screen, as well as patents in color and rectangular shape of the iPhone and iPad, Apple said in an April 15 complaint filed in Federal Court in Oakland, California.
